The HRPM Section actively facilitates the movement of nurses into (recruitment and appointment), within (promotion and transfer) and out (exit – for example resignation or retirement) of MOH health care facilities and wider as agreed. It also maintains appropriate human resource database and focuses on collecting and analyzing data (from maintained database and research as appropriate) relevant to the nursing workforce in MOH facilities and wider as agreed.
