The ENGD section focuses on the unique needs of Emirati’s interested in or entering the nursing profession – either collectively or individually. It supports both their professional and educational needs, and facilitates Emirati nurses’ (E.N.) adaptation to and fulfilling of clinical practice and other requirements. The section also supports the advancement and carrier development needs of Emirati nurses in the profession. The section also actively supports the adjustment and development of new graduates entering the nursing profession in the UAE.
